In the aftermath of 2020, 10.2% of the country’s total restaurants closed permanently; some roughly 110,000+ establishments. All those favorite places; the front window table, community staff, and familiar menus that meant so much to our hometowns began to disappear.

We are still facing an unprecedented uphill battle just to stay in operation. The need to pivot is vital to a restaurant's existence - but especially here in Music City.
